Designed a workforce management solution to simplify attendance tracking, leave requests, payroll insights, and workforce analytics. Conducted user research to understand challenges related to attendance accuracy, approval workflows, and payroll transparency. Created information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma for employee and admin experiences, resulting in streamlined operations, reduced manual effort, and improved visibility into workforce performance.
